  11. I am adding to the complaints of other modem users about the modem not 
  12. picking up the telephone line.  My modem works when I test it, but when I 
  13. want to dial it all I hear is a couple of clicks and then the NO DIALTONE 
  14. appears on my screen, it is very aggrivating!  I would be very gratefull
  15. if someone could post or e-mail me some ideas to get the darn thing
  16. working, it is a best data 14 400, if that helps at all.
